As KD mentioned, I had surgery last week to explore the constant pain in the right wrist. The surgery went well and apparently, I have a torn ligament. I'm healing, slowly but surely but now have almost no movement in my wrist. I can move my fingers, but that's all. KD has to help me do everything. He's the best!
Typing one handed is a pain in the ass, which is why our blog activity will slow down for the next couple of months. We'll still try to do TMI & HNT, but don't expect too much. I'll still be reading other blogs, but don't expect comments. :( Sorry, its just too hard. So, we want you all to know that we're still here and still reading (and loving) your blogs. But you probably wont hear much from us for a while.
Also, to add insult to my injury...I had to take my piercing out for the surgery and it closed up.

I hope the everything mends quickly. BTW: Why did you have to take your piercing out? That area is pretty far from your wrist.
Ah, I know the feeling, both of the wrist and the piercings. Just had surgery to fix a broken wrist, plate and a buncha screws.
Piercings come out in case they have to zap you for heart issues. Jolt goes right to the metal, like lightning. Don't want to get zapped there. Trust me.
Yeah, that's exactly right bacchus. It was a bitch sitting in pre-op talking about whether to take it out with the nurse.... =(
Better safe than sorry, but wtf!
